SUMMARY:

Andersen is seeking an Operations Manager for our Menomonie, WI warehouse - a Consolidation Center supporting our logistics network. This position is responsible for driving an inclusive environment that develops high performing teams, delivers strategic initiatives and achieves overall business results through collaboration.

This is an on-site day-shift position but could occasionally require a flexible schedule, as this facility runs a 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd shift.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
