This position is primarily responsible for handling a variety of shipping office functions including coordinating deliveries, inventory control, daily problem solving.

The ideal candidate will embrace a versatile position and support varying daily responsibilities based off the business requirements.

Hours : 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm Monday - Friday (OT can extend the day to 4 : 30PM)

Responsibilities :

• Complete cycle counting responsibilities for ALI site
• Assist the warehouse in managing inventory discrepancies.
• Own the OS&D follow up and root cause actions (overage, shortage, damage)
• Provide analytical support on KPI's
• Assist in the development, documentation, communication and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Cross train with other positions to preform critical activities as a backup.
• Serve as a department project team member.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
• Professional phone etiquette, verbal and writing skills.
• Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
• General knowledge of Andersen products / services.
• Ability to handle Andersen product in a warehouse environment is required.

Strong experience utilizing Blue yonder WMS and other Andersen ERP systems

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
