This position is primarily responsible for handling a variety of shipping office functions including coordinating deliveries, inventory control, daily problem solving. The ideal candidate will embrace a versatile position and support varying daily responsibilities based off the business requirements.

Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm Monday - Friday (OT can extend the day to 4:30PM)

Responsibilities:

• Complete cycle counting responsibilities for ALI site
• Assist the warehouse in managing inventory discrepancies.
• Own the OS&D follow up and root cause actions (overage, shortage, damage)
• Provide analytical support on KPI's
• Assist in the development, documentation, communication and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Cross train with other positions to preform critical activities as a backup.
• Serve as a department project team member.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years work experience.

• Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
• Professional phone etiquette, verbal and writing skills.
• Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
• General knowledge of Andersen products/services.
• Ability to handle Andersen product in a warehouse environment is required.
