WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Making and receiving phone calls from homeowners, collecting payments, resolving payment issues
- Processing amendments from homeowners in rForce
- Process echecks and checks from the field in rForce and QuickBooks
- Process credit card payments into rForce and QuickBooks
- Manage NAFP process, running payments, collecting back-ends with the completion certificates, including calling homeowners with instructions for payment
- Assist Finance team with shared inbox
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Full-time in office until training complete, then hybrid work/home balance
- Type, speak, & write daily
- Works regularly in an office setting
- Continuous sitting up to 8hours a day
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Ability to learn new software
- Experience & Education
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
