**Inventory Control Administrator**

Hayward, CA / Administration California / Full-Time Renewal by Andersen is a Full-Service Window and Door Replacement Company that aims to provide exceptional customer service to our customers for Home Improvement projects from the point of sale to installation, and post-installation service. All products sold and installed by Renewal by Andersen are made to order, requiring all products to be uniquely accounted for prior to the commencement of each projects installation. Each order may consist of 1-50 Units, each unit may have additional parts and pieces required for installation.

**JOB SUMMARY** The purpose of the Inventory Control Administrator position is to create and maintain accurate inventory logs of products and materials received in multiple warehouse locations. These responsibilities require daily intake and auditing of windows, doors, screens, parts, and pieces in our warehouse locations. This position directly supports our Operations and Install Management teams to ensure updated and accurate record-keeping of all Part and Product Inventory.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform Daily Inventory Audits of Multiple Warehouse Location Perform Daily Inventory Receipt at Time of Shipment Arrival/s Establish, Update, and Maintain Product and Part Inventory Logs Communicate with Third-Party Transport Company and/or Warehouse Management for Shipment Status Updates Communicate Daily Inventory Updates to Operations, Warehouse, and Field Install Management Teams. Investigate and Respond to Inventory Inquires Proactively Identify Inventory Based Challenges and Opportunities Processes and documents Product returns as required following established procedures. Administration and Oversight of Product Disposal Procedures Perform any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS:** Previous Warehouse and/or Physical Inventory Experience Strong Attention to Detail Analytical Skills Previous Salesforce Experience Preferred Ability to adapt well in a changing environment. Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills Excellent Communication Skills Ability to prioritize Ability to Work Independently

**Compensations and Benefits:** Competitive pay of $27-$30 per hour. Monthly $500 car allowance, gas card/toll card. **Schedule:** Full-time position Monday through Friday, 5:00 a-5:00p (8 hour shifts/flexible schedule)
