Renew is seeking full-time Bilingual Call Center Agents to join its small, but rapidly growing Call Center team. Call Center Agents enjoy a hybrid work schedule and are responsible for answering incoming calls from potential patients and following up on warm leads.
No cold calling required . Call Center Agents must be able to self-manage and ensure all Call Center processes are being followed.
The Call Center Agent role requires a compassionate conversation while explaining Renew’s treatment options, answering and asking questions, qualifying candidates, and converting them into a consultation with a soft sale approach.

Schedule Full-Time (Hybrid) In-office Monday-Thursday (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm) Remote Friday (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm) First 30 days of training in-office (Centennial, CO) Monday-Friday (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm) Primary Responsibilities Utilize Renew’s sales process to qualify leads with a consultative conversation through a series of questions, overcoming objections with the end goal of scheduling a free consultation and x-ray Ensure questions are answered in a professional, informative, caring, and correct manner Document all call information correctly and efficiently into CRM tracking software Maintain confidentiality when dealing with private health information Maintain a full understanding of Renew treatment options, scripting, and process entry Perform consult scheduling duties (e.
