We are looking for a self-motivated person with proven experience in healthcare marketing!

Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, hospital case managers, assisted living facilities and other healthcare professionals.
• Promotes home health programs and services to the community.
• Manages community education budget.
• Communicates effectively with referral sources to provide status updates on patients.
• Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to include daily call schedule and tracking all appointments.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
