Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with the manager of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • Support OHS team to care for Rendrs employees and assist in preparing and maintaining records of all required reports such as TB screenings, Accidents/Injuries/Needlesticks/Blood-Borne Pathogens, Exposures, Respirator FIT Testing, Contact Tracing, Clearances, and Immunizations including Influenza.
  • Responsible for high volume of data organization.
  • Perform administrative duties, including report generation, data compilation, and record analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
  • A College Degree; preferably Pre-Health/Pre-Med track.
  • Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems, including our EMR and company portals.
  • Passionate about improving the employee experience with OHS and thus to improve the patient experience at Rendr.
  • Courteous, empathic, and professional manner.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible with a full-time work schedule including evening, weekends, rotating hours, and holidays, if needed.
  • Prior medical office experience preferred but not required.
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
