Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Coordinator. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating spa appointments, assisting with retail sales, spa duties including infrared sauna set-up/cleaning, laundry and light cleaning.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa

- Schedule and confirm spa appointments using our online booking system

- Provide information to clients about available spa services and products

- Assist with retail sales, including recommending products and processing transactions

- Maintain stock levels of retail products and ensure displays are well-presented

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area

-Perform laundry and light cleaning as well as Infrared Sauna Set-up/Cleaning

- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is expected

- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks

- Experience handling cash transactions and working with point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
