The Renaissance is a private, family-owned facility located in the heart of Richfield, OH. Our hands-on ownership provides a friendly, flexible, and nurturing environment for its team of professionals. Pay: Competitive Pay – Based on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am -5pm and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day activities and personnel within the service area
- Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct all food service functions according to food service procedures
- Assist in the hiring, training and development of staff
- Manage operating costs
Requirements:
- At least one year of previous experience as a Dietary Manager; ServSafe Certified
