Job Description

RemX Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a short project for our client. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with either healthcare questions, medical equipment/prescription questions, or medical meal deliveries.

Title: Customer Service Rep
Employment Type: Contract Project - 1 to 2 Weeks
Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | ONSITE
Salary: $26.00/hr
Start Date: End of April / Start of May
Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
Training: 1 to 2 Days

Responsibilities:

Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits
Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements:

GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
1 year experience in customer service REQUIRED
Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
