Job Posting:

· Preferred is a clinician who is comfortable, educated, and experienced with mental health, addiction, and recovery.

· Provides medical evaluation and on-going therapeutic treatments.

· Ensures accuracy of diagnoses and appropriate pharmacological intervention(s).

· Monitors for side-effects as appropriate.

· Supports appropriate multi-disciplinary interventions.

· Maintains EMR/EHR. Completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner (within 24/hours)

· Performs all above tasks under the supervision of a licensed physician (as needed or required) and assures appropriate documentation of supervision in compliance with State regulations.

· Attends specified clinic, medical staff, and educational meetings as required.

· Manages clinical data in a manner that enhances patient care and conforms to professional standards, including communication with other healthcare professionals.

· Serves as an active participant in clinical staffing team meetings and communicates patient information as needed to therapists, case managers, nurses, and physicians, and to assist the team and the patient to develop an appropriate plan of service.

Requirements:

· Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN) license

· Board Certification (AANP or AACC)

· Active DEA license.
