Second Shift 3D Scan Print Production Technician (48hr/week)

Job Description:

As a 3D Technician at Remi you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of dental processes. Your primary responsibility will be to operate advanced 3D scanning equipment to capture oral impressions and convert them into precise digital 3D models. You will also run our fleet of 3D printers. This involves removing models of the build plate, cleaning/curing the models. This is a job for someone who can focus, stay organized, and is as self-starter as you will be one of the few individuals working second shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize 3D scanning technology to capture detailed oral impressions.
• Set up and remove models of 3D printer build plate
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned data, performing quality checks.
• Maintain and calibrate 3D scanning equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into the production process.
• Ensure printer is cleaned and everything is properly put away at the end of each shift

Requirements:

• 3D modeling/printing experience
• The ability to consistently arrive on time and meet project deadlines is essential for success in this role
• Competence in using Windows
• Precision and attention to detail is crucial
• Efficient time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines and handle a high volume of data
• Consistent accuracy in entering data to ensure data integrity
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to team members
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to data entry and print malfunctions

Shifts/Location

In-person position, our office is located in Las Vegas. Cross streets; Eastern Ave and Flamingo

6 shifts per week Monday- Friday 4:00pm-12:30am & you may choose between Saturday or Sunday evening for the 6th shift

Starting pay: $20 per hour with discretionary bonuses based on performance. No health or savings benefits are offered at this time.
