Remi is Hiring an Operations Coordinator (Prior Hands-On Roofing Experience) Near Lehi, UT

Operations Coordinators on the team today:

  • Act as subject matter experts for roofing and structural work for their team.

  • Take direct calls from contractors that need immediate attention regarding issues, concerns, or questions for the assigned scope of work given to the contractor.

  • Create work order requests for roofing & structural contractors based on the individual scope of work requirements for each project.

  • Assign work out to contractors.

  • Review the workmanship and submit photos for each project after completion.

  • Work directly with customers to solve urgent or escalated issues rapidly.

Skills & Experience

  • 2 years field experience in roofing, solar, or home construction.

  • Prior experience in project management is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop and foster working relationships with roofing/construction contractors.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with contractors and customers.

  • Ability to speak with expertise and confidence as it relates to the workmanship and scope of work of Remi’s roofing projects.

  • Ability to evaluate workmanship and scope of work completeness based on photos, notes, and work summaries.

  • Able to work in-office at Remi’s corporate office in Lehi, UT five days a week.
