Job description

Assist in the administration and coordination of project financial entries (pay applications/bills/cash receipts).

Required Qualifications

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· 1 year experience in the construction industry in project administration (AIA billing)

· Ability to become a Notary (company provided bond)

· Moderate Excel experience is required. Strong are preferred

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of team

· Must demonstrate accuracy, reliability, organization and problem solving skills

· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

· Ability to collaborate remotely with Project team members nationwide to gather monthly billing information

· Excellent communication skills to work with customers on any billing or project related issues (including payment status)

· Ability to manage confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

· Knowledge of General office technology

· Time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Knowledge of Oracle Software (Netsuite / Textura)

· Knowledge of Procore construction management software

· Knowledge of Fieldwire construction management software

· Collection Experience

· General Understanding of Lien Waivers

Responsibilities

· Maintain shared and individual Outlook inboxes

· Maintain Monthly Pay Application Billing Schedule

· Obtain and submit monthly project lien waiver

· Follow up with General Contracts on payment status

· Report to management weekly collection status

· Obtain and submit monthly lien waivers

· Maintain Lien Waiver tracker

· Notarize Documents

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
