We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator/Chief Executive Officer for our skilled nursing facility in Seguin, TX.
The primary purpose of this job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. Interested parties must present a positive professional attitude and outstanding customer service.
Position Requirements
-At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
-Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License
-Must have a strong verbal and written communication skills
-Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures
-Must be proactive, self motivated and demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
