We are seeking a Sales Person! You will handle growing and expanding our Rapidly growing company, in order to drive company success. Our rapidly growing Long Island based Home transition company is seeking individuals to join our team!

• Services existing accounts, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential new accounts.
• Presenting our services and pricing in a clear and compelling manner
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information.,
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
• Have knowledge of sales techniques.
• Actively prospect and develop new client relationships through cold-calling, networking, and referrals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in our CRM system

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, a customer-first approach to sales
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Communication, written and verbal skills
• A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail
