Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure it serves our evolving business needs.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce solutions to enhance our workflow and user experience.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to our Salesforce user community.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate Salesforce with other critical systems.
  • Take charge of managing security, setting up users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other configuration options.
  • Conduct regular database de-duping and cleanup procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Create informative reports and dashboards and perform routine database maintenance tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a track record of success.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to generate detailed reports and deliver presentations with clarity and impact.
  • Proficiency in database management, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills: While not essential, the following skills would be highly advantageous:
  • Salesforce Development experience (SOQL, Apex, etc.)
  • Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, demonstrating a keen understanding of its unique features and capabilities tailored to healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, showcasing a track record of enhancing customer service operations and experience.
  • A background in supporting or managing systems within a franchise business model, with an appreciation for its complexities and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services, reflecting a broader technical proficiency and an aptitude for scalable, cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in a franchise business model
