We are a Home Health Agency with a team of Skilled Nurses and Therapists looking for an energetic licensed Registered Nurse. We have part-time and full-time positions available. We have routes available throughout Barnstable and Bristol Counties.Relief Home Health Services provides comprehensive, highly skilled and compassionate medical care for patients who are challenged with psychiatric and medical comorbidities in our community. Each patient is treated as an individual and taught the tools which allow them to take an active role in their own healthcare. We empower and support our employees through ongoing training and educational opportunities. In collaboration with our community partners, we reduce Emergency Department visits and Hospital Admissions for the underserved population.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program (RN).
• Currently, licensed "in good standing" in MA.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a professional nurse, preferably in home care.
• Must have a criminal background check. Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities & Benefits

Provide professional nursing services, within the scope of nursing practice standards, in collaboration with primary care physicians to teach and educate patients and their caregivers. Professional skilled nursing is performed under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. 

Work Location:

• Indoors, performing patient care assessments/tasks in a patient's residence 
• Travel within the service area to patient sites/residences/meetings
• Requires reliable transportation 
• Indoors, performing computer/office work

Standard Shift/Schedule:

• Monday-Friday and Weekend Shifts
• AM and PM shifts
• Full-time and Part-time
