Relief Home Health Services, Inc. primarily serves patients with multiple co-morbidities including but not limited to substance abuse, behavioral health, homelessness, and complex medical diagnoses. You will work with a comprehensive team, including collaborative community resources, whose goal is to reduce hospital utilization and improve patient outcomes.
A good candidate must be a team player, passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working on a computer and answering phones.
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for managing all incoming calls, answering the door, responding to administrative emails, faxing, scanning, managing orders, and building charts. Relief Home Health Services does all of its work in the field so greeting people in the office is a small portion of the job.

Able to hear, speak, understand and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs. and stoop effectively so as to be able to perform the above listed responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
On a daily basis: prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Also able to walk, stand, reach, use telephone, computers and other office equipment, as well as climb stairs.
