Reliable Resources Agency is Hiring an AR/AP Clerk Near Vernon, CA
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable weekly coding and management
- Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Researching, tracking, and resolving accounting and/or documentation discrepancies
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Pay invoices, and post transactions into our system
- Prepare and complete check runs
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Reconcile transactions
- Maintain vendor files and payment history
- Meet all monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines as required Including monthly reconciliations, quarterly reporting etc.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to all company standards
- Excellent computer skills; Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experienced in developing a competent team
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with external entities and company personnel
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize
- 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance/working in a similar roll
