Release Well-Being Center is an expanding, state-of-the art spa and wellness center recently named one of the top 5 best places to work and most innovative workplace by the Metrowest Daily News. We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Guest Service team for both of ourlocations:

Our flagship location in Westborough, Massachusetts opened in 2017. We are thrilled to also announce our newest location in historic Back Bay, an urban oasis located in the iconic Heritage on the Garden featuring hot and cold therapy, spa, IV therapy and wellness education.

Our Guest Services team serves as friendly hosts for all guests who come to Release. This is a detail-oriented position that requires calm, pleasant demeanors, even under busy circumstances. The Guest Services team is responsible for greeting all guests and guiding them through their experience - covering every detail from the moment a guest books an appointment and checks in, to the moment they check out, ensuring their experience runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties include:

• answering phone calls
• assisting guests with questions regarding all of our offerings
• accurately booking/managing all appointments in our MindBody system
• checking the guest into the computer system, and charging appropriately and correctly for all services
• Laundry
• cleaning and disinfecting all common areas, and ensuring locker rooms and other common areas are stocked with appropriate materials
• Upholding Release’s mission and core values
• Fostering a positive and cohesive environment for both guests and other employees

Qualifications

Education, Skills and Training:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
• Have strong phone and computer skills.
• Have previous customer service experience (required).
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services, fitness, yoga, and meditation. OR willingness to learn.
• Previous experience or knowledge in Mindbody Software, OR willingness to learn.

Communications and Personal Interactions

• Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, management and other team members.
• Be able to consistently provide and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Be able to verbalize and educate our guests, clients, members on our wellness offerings AND refer them to the appropriate points person when needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Be able to effectively and cohesively problem solve

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Competitive salary with additional incentive opportunities for employees working in both locations.

Compensation $20 - $22 commiserate with experience
