Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the primary responsibility of the Recruiting Manager is to partner with both business leaders and Line HR leaders to define executable strategies and programs that attract and acquire key talent for Sonesta corporate offices and its hotels. This individual will help to determine the most impactful recruiting related projects, align priorities, manage partners, and drive execution. Job Description Position Title: Recruiting Manager Location: Newton, MA Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director Talent Acquisition Principle duties and responsibilities: Works with the Director Talent Acquisition, RPO, and Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies for open positions and upcoming staffing needs. Manages full-lifecycle recruiting process for hotel & corporate vacancies including phone screens, in-person interviews, reference checks, background screening and offers. Oversee and hold RPO providers accountable on recruitment delivery & results while managing internal stakeholders Identify and present opportunities by leveraging recruiting data, external market data and candidate feedback. Partner with various collaborators across the company including senior leadership, marketing, finance, etc Help with the creation, delivery and execution of key recruiting programs that connect talent to Sonesta including but not limited to early talent, Veterans & diversity. Manage large, highly visible and business critical recruitment initiatives while partnering with the business to ensure consistent recruitment support. Manage the scope, timeline and cost of these projects, with an eye for driving quantifiable measurements of success. Effectively communicate status and results of all projects to senior leaders Qualifications and Skills A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience in a high-volume recruitment environment implementing and utilizing a variety of talent acquisition techniques. Excellent project management skills, effectively balancing scope/time/cost and implementing change management. Experience designing and executing staffing related programs. Experience in hospitality or high-volume customer facing environment is preferred. Knowledge or experience working with a RPO recruitment model helpful Strong written and verbal communication skills; concise style. Ability to partner with all levels of hiring managers, providing a consultative approach to hiring strategy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. HRIS, Word, excel, PowerPoint skills required. Demonstrable expertise in analysis and action taking Ability to travel, as required. 10% is estimated.
