Description

Reinke is currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist position. The incumbent will operate the company switchboard – Cisco Telephone System; will operate the paging system; and will place or announce messages/incoming calls through the handheld radio system. As Receptionist in the main lobby, this person will greet and sign in all visitors, and will notify staff employees of their arrival. Duties will also include various data entry, other clerical assignments for Human Resources and for other departments i.e. assistance with Inventory Control; Bills of Lading; Sales and Marketing tasks, etc.

The position requires very good initiative and professional judgment in the placing, receiving, and relaying of calls; and in the handling of contacts with visitors and vendors. Both professional and discreet judgment is required when conveying information to callers and visitors. A professional demeanor and presence must be maintained at all times in this position. T person is the first impression that will be made to many different customers. This person must be very dependable with good attendance.

The position requires regular and ongoing contact with a large number of Reinke personnel including office staff; plant staff and sales staff as well as visitors.
