RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- ENSURE ALL TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT ARE USED SAFELY AND ACCURATELY
- MONITOR TECHNICIAN'S DAILY PRODUCTIVITY REPORTS AND CORRESPONDING PAYROLL RECORDS
- MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSURANCE ADJUSTERS
- TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO EXCEED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, EVEN IF IT REQUIRES OVERCOMING OBSTACLES
- DIRECT AND SCHEDULE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BODY SHOP
- STRONG WRITING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- TWO YEARS MINIMUM SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY A MUST
- CLEAN AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
