Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our products and services.

Here at Reignite Corp - we are a rapidly growing and leading vendor of Green Energy services in Illinois. We have a growth plan for 2024 which includes expanding within Illinois but also to surrounding states such as Maryland and Ohio.

We are focused on continuing to pursue growth for our employees and clients in a positive setting for everyone that interacts with us. We have developed a training program that utilizes technology to speed up the training program and also allows our reps to maximize their learning curve.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base

- Utilize sales techniques to effectively promote and sell our products and services

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities

- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with customers to maximize sales revenue

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and technical sales information

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Proficiency in technology sales is a plus

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
