Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Analytics and Collection Systems Manager to oversee our mass spectrometry lab’s data operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data analytics, experience with laboratory information systems, and a deep understanding of mass spectrometry and its applications in IVD product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the mass spectrometry data collection and analytics systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the entire process from collection, storage, to analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies for data management and quality control.
• Work closely with the R&D team to align data analytics with IVD product development goals.
• Collaborate with IT specialists to maintain and upgrade data systems and software.
• Provide training and leadership to data collection and analytics teams.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in mass spectrometry data analysis.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in audits and quality assurance processes.
• Manage budgets and forecast resource needs for the data analytics department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in managing data systems within a laboratory setting, preferably with mass spectrometry data.
• Strong understanding of IVD product development and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analytics software and database management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in presenting complex data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
