Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
• Utilize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to facilitate and drive agile practices across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to align with project objectives.
• Implement and enforce project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate regular communication and reporting on project status to stakeholders at various levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging retrospectives and feedback to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on software development projects.
• SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects using agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Solid organizational and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or another technical related field

PMP and SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent) is required.

Location/Remote: Sterling, VA and Customer site as needed.
