Rehab Group is Hiring a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist Near Morristown, TN
Rehab Group of Morristown is looking for a medical billing & coding specialist who has strong interpersonal and administrative capabilities to join our outpatient therapy clinic! This role will include duties encompassing all areas of practice management such as retrieving old AR, resubmitting corrected claims, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and identifications of opportunities within the practice to ensure both clinics continue to be successful as we continue on our path of growth. Experience in medical billing required. Coding certifications are a plus, but not a requirement. Other duties to include general ICD-10 to CPT mapping, claim submissions, denial management, general advice and feedback to the provider team to ensure all aspects of the revenue cycle are handled timely and effectively.
*This is a temporary position that could lead to part-time and/or full-time work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $8.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
- CPT coding: 1 year (Preferred)
- Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)
- Prior authorizations: 1 year (Preferred)
