Regis Staffing Group is hiring a hotel supervisor/ room attendant in Downtown, Los Angeles with hotel experience
This role includes cleaning rooms 3 days of the week and supervising 2 other days
40 hours per week
Supervisor duties include:
- Supervise the Housekeeping Department's daily operations, as well as administer and coordinate housekeeping functions.
- Perform daily room inspections to ensure rooms are clean and maintained following the hotels brand standards.
- Ensure health/sanitation standards are being met to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Work with Room Attendants to ensure daily calendar tasks are completed.
- Inspect Room Attendant carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked, clean and organized.
- Maintain key control system; collect all keys and assignment sheets daily at the end of each shift.
Room attendant duties:
- Change bed linen and make beds.
- Replace used towels, sweep and mop floors.
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo).
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
- Follow hotel security guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time.
Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
