Regis Jesuit High School is Hiring a Social Studies Teacher Near Aurora, CO

Regis Jesuit High School is seeking a Social Studies Teacher to begin in the 2024 - 2025 school year. This position will be placed on the Faculty Salary Scale, based on education level and years of experience (minimum starting salary is $48,000). We give 1:1 credit for the first ten years of teaching and 1:2 for years over ten, with no maximum until Tier 30. Full benefits are available. Expectations Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the subject area (MA preferred)
  • A Colorado teaching license, comparable certification, or working toward alternative licensure
  • Teaching 5 out of 7 class periods per two day cycle (Block Scheduling)
  • Commitment to the life of the school outside the classroom through coaching, advising, and moderating extra-curricular programs
  • Attending assemblies, prayer services, masses, service opportunities
  • Modeling Christian values and contributing to forming student values
