Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are actively looking for caring individuals to join the team as an Intake / Scheduling Coordinator at our Cancer Center.

As a RWHS Intake / Scheduling Coordinator, you will :

• Receives telephone and electronic referral requests from physicians and patients.
• Receives and tacks clinical documents sent from external entities to centralize process and minimize loss of documents;

communicates receipt of same to clinical team.

Serve as a liaison between patients / families and the ONN and oncology clinic nurses prior to the patient’s initial consult visit.

You may be a good fit if you have :

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge required
• Medical records and customer service experience preferred
