JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a health and human services related field. Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the adult and/or geriatric HIV/AIDS patient population.
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year relevant experience in direct delivery of case management services in a medical or community setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent walking, driving and sitting. Exposure to infectious agents. Speaking, hearing and visual acuity is needed. Local travel is required. Occasional out-of-town travel is required.
