Collections Specialist
Regional FinanceRegional Finance is hiring! We are seeking result-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Flower Mound, TX. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.Regional Finance has been providing consumer loans for over 30 years at more than 350 locations in 14 states.
We are offering a $1,000 joining bonusCollections Specialist is responsible for handling delinquent consumer loans using a variety of collections and customer service techniques. This role includes:- Identify accounts with overdue payments
- Find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
- Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed
- All in compliance with Regional’s collections policies and procedures
- 1 year of Customer service experience required
- 1 year of Collection experience preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish - preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Problem-solving skills, decision maker and solution oriented
- Experience with skip tracing
- $18.00- $20.00 per hour
- 1st 90-days – guaranteed bonus minimum of $200
- Monthly Incentive pay – Up to $ 1500
- $1000 Joining Bonus

- Monday- Friday - 4 shifts of 9:00am – 6:00pm and 1 shift of 12:00pm – 9:00pm
