The Center Coordinator of Education is the local administrator who oversees the day-to-day quality of the classroom instruction, manages and provides ongoing coaching of the local staff, and provides Christian leadership for the local families. Tasks are listed below. Some travel is required; to be considered, one must be able to attend a week of training in the summer ( July 21-26 in Dallas ), and attend 3 days of local training in August . This position is a part-time position, requiring work hours 8:00am-3:30pm on Mondays/Thursdays at the local center (nursery provided) - and - Work from home 12pm-4pm Tuesday/Wednesday (Friday as needed). Work schedule is compatible for parents caring for children.

Open or close facility Manage substitutions and staffing issuesMeet with parents/tutors as needed to formulate educational/disciplinary plansOngoing student formationOversee Gradebook updates and setupStaff Management

Work with the Regional Manager to formulate all staff schedules, master classroom schedules, and chore chartsAttend and help lead local staff trainingHold quarterly staff meetings when neededAttend all team conference callsPerform tutor observations and evaluations

Coordinate 7th - 12th grade Ignatian-style retreat

Admissions Tracking and Family InterviewsSchedule all tours for potential familiesLead 3 Touring Events per year

Coordinate Parent Nights of FormationSchedule Confessions

Teaching 1-2 classes will be encouraged once training is complete
