Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including children and adults. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating common illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and promoting overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and possess strong clinical skills.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and administer injections
- Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems (AllegianceMD)

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care /urgent care setting
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing common illnesses
- Experience working with children and adults across the lifespan
- Basic life support certification

Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in AZ
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in AZ
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
