Regeneron pharmaceuticals is Hiring an Executive Director, Eosinophilic Esophagitis Marketing Near Sleepy Hollow, NY

This is a hybrid role based on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Remote work is not an option for this role. This job cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Executive Director of EoE Marketing will will be to lead the strategy development and competitive planning of eosinophilic esophagitis. Specifically, this will include leading commercial strategy (both HCP and Consumer) of EoE as well as developing personal promotion material for Allergists and GIs.

In a typical day, you will:

  • Lead the development of EoE Commercial Strategy and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy with key specialist targets
  • Develop EoE-focused messaging and promotional material supporting all appropriate sales forces (SFs), both for GI and Allergists
  • Partner with National Sales Director (for both GI and Allergist SFs) in the development of specialist-focused planning in support of the evolving EoE market
  • Address key insights, and proactively identify customer needs
  • Ensure that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines
  • Foster strong partnership with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions in developing HCP and Consumer strategy, tactics, and resources
  • Partner with the Market Access Team to support reimbursement policy evaluation and action
  • Work cross-functionally and within the co-promotional Alliance (partnering company) framework to create, manage, and track the joint budgets to ensure that the Alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full-year phasing; and, to be consistent with outlined Alliance Brand Strategy and commercialization approach
  • Work with Finance to monitor spending against budget/ forecast and report performance results as requested; manage all projects and responsibilities to agreed-upon project timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Manage and provide growth opportunities for direct reports

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with wide array of cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Business Analytics, Finance, Patient Support, Regulatory, Legal, etc.
  • Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data as well as simplify their meaning
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter and strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage and lead through trust and empowerment
  • Ability to coach quickly and effectively
  • Must be willing to travel ~30% (including weekend travel as needed)

To be considered, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA, a plus
  • 15 years of progressive related pharmaceutical industry/ relevant professional experience; 8 years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry experience; sales and sales leadership experience, a plus
  • Gastroenterology/ Immunology experience preferred
  • Biologicis, Self-injectable or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
