Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated LVN (IV Certified) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IV Administration.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support in a clinical setting
- Perform IV Administration
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:
- Valid LVN / RN license in the state of practice
- IV Certified
- Minimum of [5] years of nursing experience
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are boutique functional medicine practice in Los Angeles focused on provided state of the art lifestyle based care for our patients. Come join our low volume patient centered clinic where you will run our in house IV clinic under the supervision of our medical providers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
