Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ward Clerk to join our team. As a Ward Clerk, you will provide administrative support in a medical setting, ensuring smooth operations. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resident call lights.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a skill nursing facility or medical office setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
