This is a leadership career opportunity with a new and growing organization. We are looking for a Positive, Energetic, and Empathetic Individual to join our addiction medicine practice. Responsibilities : • Provide outstanding customer service Greeting patients • Checking patients in and out • Verify Insurance information • Collect co-pays/payments due • Deposit cash at the bank • Answer phones, return messages • Schedule new and existing patients • Collection of drug screen samples • Creating and maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment • Data entry, running reports, auditing and filing • Managing, updating, and charting patient records in an Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) • Creating and maintaining community partnerships • Assist patients and providers with referrals to community partners • Attending community events on behalf of the organization • Other office duties as assigned by the regional manager
Position located in Franklin, PA with Travel 2 days a week to Butler with additional travel to Erie, PA coming soon.
