JOB DESCRIPTION

SummaryRegal Boats seeks a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Leader to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that operations has all parts needed to produce products in a timely manner. 
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance supply chain performance and meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and maintain efficient production schedules.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the overall supply chain agility, responsiveness, and resilience.
• Implement best practices in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
• Manage and oversee warehouse operations and personnel.
• Lead and manage all things related to supplier quality 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) in a senior supply chain role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Experience leading frontline supervisor(s) with 20 team members. 
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced data analytics.
• Conversational English 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
• Experience in the marine, RV, aviation, or off-road vehicle manufacturing.
• Epicor ERP experience
• Proven track record of successful supply chain optimization projects.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing Facility: The position involves working within a manufacturing environment, where noise levels may be moderate to high.
• Office Setting: Administrative tasks may be conducted in an office setting, requiring computer use and desk-based activities.
• Collaborative Spaces: Regular interaction with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication and collaboration in both formal meeting rooms and informal workspaces.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required to visit suppliers, attend conferences, or participate in industry events.
