JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary 

Regal Boats is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and leveraging our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data management systems to enhance our marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation of a new lead attribution project within Salesforce.
2. Continue improvement and development of our lead profiles and reporting abilities.
3. Collaborate with our digital advertising partner and internal marketing team to optimize paid media expenditure and targeting based on data analysis.
4. Design, build, and refine workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Pardot and Engagement Studio, to support both internal and external digital campaigns as well as ongoing business requests.
5. Support the development of automated communication journeys for multiple audiences to cultivate relationships and enhance interactions with both active and inactive prospects.
6. Enhance customer segmentation and targeting through analytics.
7. Regularly report on key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
8.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on database analysis, data segmentation, and paid media advertising.
2. Experience with Salesforce development or working directly with developers to execute development needs.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot.
4. Experience in implementing and optimizing CRM integrations with external platforms.
5. Skilled in data manipulation from CRM systems and adept at troubleshooting issues.
6. Strong analytical skills to discern data trends.
7. Experience in managing Google Ads including SEM, PPC, and Display campaigns.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
9. Conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven knowledge of CMS Development (WordPress preferred), HTML, CSS, Java.
2. Knowledge of SEO Best Practices.
3. Experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
4. Knowledge of the boating industry and/or passion for boating.
