- Track applicants/candidates that have been offered a position with CTDI
- Track criminal background checks and drug screening test results
- Follow up with candidates to assist them with all onboarding requirements
- Confirm start dates and first-day details with new employees
- Partner with the Recruitment team to onboard new hires successfully
- Communicate with all company branch locations about hiring status and new hires starting employment
- Other duties as necessary
- Strong computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Prioritize and work independently
- Meet guidelines and work under pressure
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
