REGAL STAFFING is Hiring an Assistant Warehouse Safety Manager Near Roanoke, TX
Regal Professional Services is currently hiring a Safety Coordinator in the North Fort Worth, TX area.

Shift/Pay Rate: 2nd shift (3pm to 1:30am): $23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Improve injury prevention, employee engagement, and compliance activities at the assigned facility
- Assist accounts with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure all SCL accounts SOPs are documented and maintained
- Perform Internal Audits on all tasks performed by SCL associates for all SCL accounts
- Lead health and safety programs, as assigned, in response to identified opportunities that may affect the environment, safety, and health of Saddle Creek operations
- Provide technical advice, coaching, and guidance on health and safety training programs to address regulatory requirements and site-specific operational and safety concerns
- Foster a collaborative approach during process/program implementation
- Participate in investigations of work-related illness/injuries and company accidents to determine the “root cause” and make necessary recommendations for process improvements
- Perform all other duties as directed in support of department goals and projects
Requirements:
- Associates degree or six months of related experience is preferred
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Build strong and trusting relationships with operational leaders
- Strong analytical skills with an inclination for accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
