Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Production Supervisor located in the Midlothian, TX area.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday w/ some Saturdays (4am to 4:30pm): $31.25/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Interpret specifications, job orders, and requests to workers, and assign duties.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Maintain time and production records.
- Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
- Confer with other supervisors, assistant manager, and managers to coordinate activities of individual departments.
- Perform activities of workers supervised.
Requirements:
- Production supervisor experience.
- Experience with planning and directing work.
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Stand up to 10 hours during shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to the safety protocols.
- Stable work history.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
