Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Lead Position located in the Midlothian, TX area.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday w/ some Saturdays (1st shift): $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Test and inspect products at various stages of production process, and compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality/reliability of products by performing the following duties.
- Competently able to inspect multiple production departments.
- Interpret discrete job routing sheet, artwork, and formulas and confers with management or other staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
- Provide inspection activity for incoming raw and packaging materials.
- Record test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
- Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
- Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
- Set up and perform destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance.
- Coordinate quarantined product which includes retesting, deviation, moving to NCMR area, hold tags, and other necessary steps.
Requirements:
- Supervisor experience.
- Math skills.
- Stand up to 10 hours during shift.
- Adhere to the safety protocols.
- Stable work history.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
