We are currently seeking a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Assistant I.

As a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Assistant I at Regal Rexnord Cleveland your focus will be to:

Shipping and Receiving Assistant I will support shipping department with essential office functions including but not limited to: Administration Duties, International Paperwork, and Communication with Carriers.

• Scan documents for department and manage file retention.
• Sort and prepare documents for imaging. Accurately index images.
• Communicate with Outside Carriers as needed for department movement.
• Prepare and make International Paperwork packets.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Programs.

Specific Skills: Effective verbal communication skills both in person and over the telephone. Team player and ability to work with a variety of people.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
