Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Milwaukee, WI (100% In-person/on-site)

Duration: 3 months, Summer 2024

Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 3 days per week (24 hours)

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, ready to take on challenges and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

- SEO Audits and Optimization:

- Conduct SEO audits for our existing blog and video content to identify areas for improvement.

- Implement SEO enhancements for blogs, video, and other content, to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.

- Distributor Listings Management:

- Ensure accurate and updated distributor listings across all supplier websites.

- Coordinate with team members to verify and correct listing details, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

- Email Marketing Support:

- Assist in cleaning and segmenting the email subscriber list to enable targeted marketing campaigns.

- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools is preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
