A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

As a Sales Support Administrator, you help improve sales efficiency by administering RFP's, pricing, and sales analysis.

You collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to align sales with overall business objectives.

Your advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills are relied upon to run and evaluate reports, including sales compensation data.

Both teams, in-office and remote, know they can count on you for accurate data collection and maintenance.

You like to coordinate and execute special events and sales meetings. This includes working with outside vendors to coordinate lodging, transportation, dinners, and team building experiences.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions, and is one of the reasons our customers enjoy doing business with us.

Your organizational and efficiency skills are heavily exercised while maintaining pricing and item data across our customer's e-procurement systems.

You enjoy working directly with the customer and cross functionally to ensure accuracy and the smooth operation of these systems.

As a coordinator, you help complete requests for information (RFIs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).

You also help track the progress of our contracts and special pricing opportunities. You enjoy interacting with people every day and are a proud part of our successful company!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or an administrative role
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Highly proficient Excel user
  • Ability to travel to required events (approximately 10%)

Experience using NetSuite and e-procurement platforms is a bonus! Are you well-versed in how a remote sales team operates?
