Refreshments is Hiring a Vending Route Driver Near Tupelo, MS
VENDING ROUTE DRIVER
The job will start out as hourly until trained then pay will change to base plus commissions.
The job responsibilities of this position will include stocking vending equipment, micro markets and condiment stands. This will require filling snack, coffee, sandwich, bottle and can drink machines and coolers. You will also fill dollar bill and change machines with coins as needed. Cleaning all vending equipment, inside and out with detergents, draining buckets and emptying coffee grounds from coffee equipment will also be some of you daily tasks.
The driver loads and unloads route trucks daily, which will require bending and lifting cases of product from ground to waist and in some cases above your head. Products that are loaded include cases of can drinks, boxes containing candy, chips and other snack items.
You will also be responsible for recording product placed in machines, your inventory and monies that are collected. Responsibilities also include retrieving funds from machines and market kiosks on designated days.
You will be driving a vehicle each day, making the requirements of a driver's license a requirement. The actual driving time varies from 2 to 4 hours daily.
Lifting, bending, use of a hand truck (on flights of stairs in some locations) is an essential function of this position.
